Hi there! I’m Michelle—born and raised on the stunning shores of Vancouver Island, which has shaped both my life and my dreams. As a 37-year-old entrepreneur, devoted wife, and proud mom of two amazing kids, my path has been anything but ordinary.

​

Over the years, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience in everything from restaurant work and restoration to administration and sheet metal. For seven wonderful years, I had the privilege of serving as General Manager at the beloved Susan James Store in Victoria, BC. Those years were filled with purpose, growth, and joy—especially in creating a friendly, welcoming environment with my exceptional team. If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance our paths have crossed at Susan James!

Leaving that role was a difficult decision, but with the support of my husband, Taylor, I chased a new adventure in real estate, successfully navigating that chapter until health challenges changed my trajectory. After receiving a diagnosis of cervical osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis, and bone spurs, I needed to step back and focus on my well-being.

​

Following a surgery in August 2024, I found myself craving a fresh purpose. That’s when inspiration took hold: why not put my passion for building businesses toward something meaningful for both my family and community?

​

During my time at Susan James, I noticed a real lack of options for late-night shoppers searching for intimate products. That’s why I launched Victoria’s Vault—Victoria’s only 24/7, local, direct delivery service for adult products! Think “Skip the Dishes,” but for pleasure—with the addition of expert sexual health education to make self-care safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

At Victoria’s Vault, our mission is simple: make intimate products accessible, convenient, and discreet, while fostering a healthy, open dialogue about sexual wellness. I’m committed to blending my drive, creativity, and determination to provide a service that truly benefits our community.
