Eligibility
1. The Vault Perks Rewards Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
2. You must create an account on www.victoriasextoydelivery.com to participate and earn points.
Earning Points
1. Points are earned through qualifying purchases, referrals, birthday bonuses, and engagement activities as specified in the program details.
2. Points for purchases are awarded based on the subtotal amount after any discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, or fees.
3. Referrals must be valid new customers who make a qualifying purchase for referral points to be awarded.
4. Bonus points for frequent purchases, birthdays, and other promotions are subject to verification and approval.
Redeeming Points
1. Points can be redeemed for specified rewards as listed in the program, including free delivery, discounts, or products.
2. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Redemption is subject to availability and program rules at the time of the request.
4. Once points are redeemed, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.
Program Limitations
1. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.
2. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts may result in disqualification and forfeiture of points.
Modifications and Termination
1. Victoria's Vault: Erotic Essentials reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Vault Perks Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
2. In the event of program changes, accumulated points may be forfeited if not redeemed within the specified timeframe.
Account and Point Misuse
1. Any suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of the program’s terms and conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of points.
2. Victoria's Vault: Erotic Essentials reserves the right to audit accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
Privacy
Your participation in the Vault Perks Rewards Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We will use your personal information to manage your account, process rewards, and communicate program updates.
Limitations of Liability
1. Victoria's Vault: Erotic Essentials is not responsible for any technical errors, unauthorized access, or other issues that may affect the accrual or redemption of points.
2. Victoria's Vault: Erotic Essentials is not liable for lost or expired points or any claims arising from participation in the rewards program.
